wow! long time never post liao(not really that long la) let me talk about today training.
today training is dame fun sia, but once a long long time that coach joke with us laugh with us, play with us. maybe is becaues we ES only 8 ppl, mey because of the fasting month or maybe because of the hot weather, but most likly because she want us to understand what the drill we do 4 in the past, and how to put in. but i was very happy today lol, at first i thought sure kana 1, cause only 8 of us go, but in the end we having lot of fun. but if the rest are there, i think we can have more fun ba....
